Make cookies and ice cream with less sugar and no lactose, while keeping the taste and texture people expect from dessert.

01 / Cookie

A cookie should
still be a cookie.

The formulation brings together familiar taste and texture with less sugar, no lactose and 10 g of fibre per cookie. The brief also called for a low glycaemic index.
